Waiver

I, the parent/guardian of the registrant of a minor, agree that I and the registrant will abide by the rules of the KSL (the ‘Kids Soccer League”), its affiliated organizations and sponsors. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer and in consideration for the KSL accepting the registrant for its soccer league and activities (the “league”) I, or the parent/guardian of the registrant, a minor, agree that I and the registrant will allow for all images and pictures to be used on KSL social media and website of the parent/guardian of the registrant and the registrant. Registrations fee is non-refundable, credit will be offered. The KSL has the right to remove or suspend any parent/guardian or registrant, with no refund, if both parent/guardian and registrant acts inappropriately or cause any harm or uses any racial or foul language at any point in time or towards anyone. I hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify the KSL, its affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including the owners of fields and facilities utilized for the league, against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant’s participation in the program.
